Shen Beili, secretary of the Party leadership group and vice chairperson of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (CSCLF), met with Lin Biyu, deputy executive director and secretary general of the Taiwan-based Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation, on the morning of May 22 at the foundation's office.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to deepen cooperation between cross-strait public welfare organizations in order to contribute to rural revitalization. They also exchanged ideas on organizing the Cross-Strait Charity Forum in 2023.

Zhao Ximing, director of the Training and Exchange Center of CSCLF, and Yu Xin, deputy director of the Department of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Affairs of CSCLF, were also present at the meeting.
