Shen said that digital technologies have become increasingly integrated with all aspects and procedures of economic and social development, and fundamentally transformed the production, living and social governance approaches. Noting that youths are "natives" in the digital era and that they are not only beneficiaries of digital technologies but also the backbone force in the building of China into a digital country, she added that the CSCLF has firmly adhered to Madame Soong's vision of "rebuilding the future", closely followed digital development opportunities, proactively responded to new changes and circumstances, deepened the integration between digital technologies and public welfare as well as philosophy, and forged new momentum for public welfare and philosophy.
Shen introduced that the CSCLF has pressed ahead with the building of social coordination platforms, fully leveraged the third distribution roles of public welfare and philosophy, and supported the healthy growth of youths in the digital era. She went on to say that the CSCLF will reinforce its exchanges and cooperation with all social sectors, accelerate the building of a digital China with more warmth, deliver more tangible benefits from the development of the digital economy to the public, and make positive contributions to the healthy and all-round growth of youths.

During the 2025 Digital Economy Forum, Deputy Secretary-General of the CSCLF Li Anjin signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhou Chaonan, President of Range Intelligent Computing Technology Group. The two sides will engage in in-depth cooperation over education, technology, personnel training and other youth-related sectors, promote the building of intelligent technology experience centers and future education bases for young people, create personnel training platforms that are oriented for youths, the future and the world, and provide youths with empowerment in their innovative development.
Themed "Accelerating the Construction of Digital China and Promoting High-Quality Development", the 2025 Digital Economy Forum was held by People's Daily Culture and Media Co., Ltd under the guidance of People's Daily Press. It drew the attendance of officials from the Office of Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission and other government departments. Guests from the China Academy of Industrial Internet, the National Institute for Data Development, the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Peking University, Tsinghua University, regional governments, Range Intelligent Computing Technology Group, Yanda Group and Shaanxi Xifeng Liquor Co., Ltd shared their practices and insight on the development of the digital economy.
