The 2022 scholarship award ceremony was held at Beijing Vocational College of Transport on May 10, followed by a skills competition. As part of the event, participants also visited the Beijing Automobile Museum and Toyota Factory. The visit provided them with valuable hands-on experience in their respective fields of study and boosted their confidence in their career prospects.

Zhao Yue, a student at Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College of Transport, expressed her gratitude for the government's emphasis on vocational education, which has provided her with the opportunity to pursue advanced studies in automotive intelligent technology. She considered the CSCLF Toyota Vocational Scholarship not only as an honor but also as a driving force for her motivation. Zhao is determined to double her learning efforts, enhance her skills, and make a meaningful contribution to society.

Teacher and student representatives visit the Former Residence of Soong Ching Ling in Beijing

This year commemorates the 130th anniversary of Soong Ching Ling's birth. On May 11, representatives visited the Former Residence of Soong Ching Ling in Beijing, where they had the opportunity to explore the exhibition highlighting her remarkable life and accomplishments. 

Yan Zhanbo, a student from Beijing Vocational College of Transport, expressed deep admiration for Soong Ching Ling's unwavering commitment to the Party and her profound dedication to serving the people. Yan emphasized the importance for young people to uphold Soong Ching Ling's extraordinary spirit in the new era and contribute to the development of the nation.

The CSCLF Toyota Vocational Scholarship is the first grant-in-aid program in vocational education initiated by the CSCLF. It represents a significant step towards strengthening cooperation with Toyota Corporation. Moving forward, both parties are committed to establishing collaborative platforms that encompass industry, academia, research, and application.
