On Jan 30, Li Bin, the chairperson of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (CSCLF), meets with the Singaporean Ambassador to China, Mr. Peter Tan , at the China Soong Ching Ling Youth Science and Culture Exchange Center.
Li pointed out that the comprehensive and forward-looking partnership between China and Singapore is currently flourishing. The CSCLF will conscientiously implement the consensus reached by the leaders of China and Singapore, further strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the fields of youth science, culture, and public welfare charity. This collaboration aims to jointly build a solid foundation for friendly relations between China and Singapore.
Mr. Tan congratulated the successful visit of the CSCLF delegation to Singapore. He stated that youth are the future of the country, and enhancing youth exchanges is crucial for the development of bilateral relations. The Singapore Embassy in China will actively promote cooperation between relevant Singaporean institutions and the CSCLF, making positive contributions to promoting friendly relations and enhancing youth exchanges between the two countries.
The vice chairperson of the CSCLF, Shen Beili, the Secretary-General Zhang Jiming, and the Political Counsellor of the Singapore Embassy in China, Mr. Lin Jiayi, attended the meeting.
