Shen Beili, vice-chairperson of China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (CSCLF), met with a delegation from the Civil Contract Party of Armenia, led by Narek Mkrtchyan, head of the party's foreign affairs and minister of Labor and Social Affairs, at the China Soong Ching Ling Science & Culture Center for Young People (CSCLSCCYP) on Nov. 29, 2023. Both sides exchanged views on the development of cultural exchanges between China and Armenia and the promotion of friendship between the two countries.

The meeting was also attended by Sergey Manassarian, the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the People's Republic of China; Wang Min, director general of the Sixth Bureau of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC); Guo Xinbao, director of the CSCLSCCYP; and Yu Xin, deputy director of International Cooperation and Exchange Department of CSCLF.

The delegation visited the CSCLSCCYP and Beijing Soong Ching Ling Kindergarten after the meeting.
