Zhang Jiming, secretary-general of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (CSCLF), met with Singaporean Ambassador to China Peter Tan Hai Chuan on Nov. 15. During the meeting, they exchanged views on potential collaboration between the foundation and relevant institutions in Singapore with the aim of enhancing cultural and people-to-people exchanges between China and Singapore.
