2023中国宋庆龄基金会“文化小大使”活动公告

海内外青少年朋友们:

  文明因交流而多彩、文明因互鉴而丰富,不同的文明交相辉映,共同构成了百花齐放的世界文化。为进一步促进中外青少年交流,谱写友谊篇章,在中华人民共和国文化和旅游部国际交流与合作局支持下,中国宋庆龄基金会联合各海外中国文化中心向全球13至16岁青少年发出邀请,共同参与“友谊的桥梁 文化的使者 2023中国宋庆龄基金会‘文化小大使’”活动。具体安排如下:

  主办单位:中国宋庆龄基金会

  支持单位:中华人民共和国文化和旅游部国际交流与合作局,光明网

  承办单位:中国宋庆龄青少年科技文化交流中心,海外中国文化中心

  四、参与对象

  年龄在13至16周岁(2007年1月1日至2009年12月31日之间出生)的中外青少年均可参加。

  集体作品可参与网络展播但不参与评审,将授予活动纪念证书以资鼓励。

  五、奖项设置及名额

  (一)“文化小大使”称号

  活动将评选30名“文化小大使”获得者,并授予证书和奖品。

  (二)网络人气奖

  活动将评选“网络人气奖”,并授予证书和奖品。(该奖项由网络展播投票产生,已获得“文化小大使”称号的参与者不重复获得“网络人气奖”)

  (三)优秀组织奖

  对于报送作品数量4份及以上,且推荐作品中产生“文化小大使”称号的组织机构,颁发优秀组织奖和奖品。

  (四)其他

  对未获奖的活动参与者和组织机构,主办方将颁发电子纪念证书。

  六、报送要求

  (一)语言要求

  推荐使用联合国六种工作语言,即汉语、英语、法语、俄语、阿拉伯语和西班牙语。鼓励海外青少年使用汉语,鼓励大陆及港澳台青少年使用其他五种语言进行录制,符合以上条件的评审时予以加分。

  (二)视频时长:

  总时长不超过4分钟。其中,自我介绍与结尾时长不超过1分钟,视频主体时长不超过3分钟。

  (三)视频内容

  2.视频主体:城市是文明的缩影,不同城市的历史人文、民俗风情、山水名胜塑造了不同的城市气质。请讲述你曾经去过或向往的中国城市,围绕中国城市所蕴含的自然和文化遗产、经济社会发展风貌、传统美食、风土人情等内容进行讲述或演示。视频要求内容丰富、生动自然、紧扣主题、制作精美,有较强的表现力和感染力。

  3.视频结尾:为活动献上祝福。

  (四)格式要求

  视频需横屏拍摄,画质清晰、画面稳定,构图完整,音画同步。视频格式为无压缩的avi、mov、wmv、mpg等格式,分辨率为1920×1080。不得使用未得到授权的资料视频,不得出现水印、商标和字幕。

  七、线上报名方式

  1.活动在专题网页设立报名端口,请报名者根据要求在线填写报名信息,提交视频等资料。

  八、网络展播及投票

  2023中国宋庆龄基金会“文化小大使”活动专题网页设立在光明网(https://topics.gmw.cn/node_150727.htm),拟择期在专题网页集中展示优秀作品,并进行网络投票。投票时间另行告知。

  九、评审及颁奖

  作品将通过初评、终评和公示三个阶段产生各奖项。拟于2024年3月择期举办颁奖典礼,具体安排届时详见活动专题网页。

  十、其他

  (一)申报作品应紧扣活动主题,内容积极健康,避免出现容易引起争议的文字表述或图片信息等内容。

  (二)参与者应承诺所提交作品为原创作品,不得侵犯任何第三方的著作权、专利权、商标权、名誉权及其他合法权益。如发现不符合条件者,主办方有权在任何阶段单方面取消其参评及获奖资格。

  (三)参与者提交视频作品,即视为自动授权主办方对视频进行剪辑加工,并用于此活动线上线下宣传及展示。

  (四)本公告未尽事宜另行通知,最终解释权归中国宋庆龄基金会所有。

China Soong Ching Ling Foundation

“Junior Cultural Ambassadors” Event

   

 

Dear young friends,

  Exchange among civilizations spurs diversity, mutual learning promotes colorful civilizations. Different civilizations complement each other and together constitute a world that blooms with cultures. To write a new chapter of friendship among young people around the world by further strengthening communication and understanding, China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, with the support of the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation, Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People‘s Republic of China, together with China Cultural Centers Overseas, is delighted to invite teenagers aged 13 to 16 around the world to participate in the 2023 China Soong Ching Ling Foundation “Junior Cultural Ambassadors” Event. The arrangements of the Event are as follows:

  IV. Eligible Participants

  Teenagers aged from 13 to 16 (born between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2009) are eligible to participate.

  Contest entries created by multiple participants may be shown online, but are not qualified for being reviewed. And the authors will be awarded participating certificates.

  V. Awards

  1. Title of “Junior Cultural Ambassador”

  A total of 30 “Junior Cultural Ambassadors” will be selected and awarded certificates and prizes.

  2. Netizen Popularity Award

  “Netizen Popularity Award” will be selected and awarded certificates and prizes. (This award is generated through online display and polling, participants who have received the title of “Junior Cultural Ambassadors” are not qualified for competing for the “Netizen Popularity Award”.)

  3. Excellent Organizer Award

  Excellent Organizer Award and prizes will be granted to those organizations meeting the following two requirements:(1) Submits more than four entries;(2) At least one author of those entries wins the “Junior Cultural Ambassador” Title.

  4. Non-awarding participants

  Electronic participating certificates will be issued to the participants and organizations that are not awarded.

  VI. Entry Requirements

  1. Languages

  It is recommended to use UN official languages in the video. These include Chinese, English, French, Russian, Arabic and Spanish. Overseas youths are encouraged to use Chinese, while youths from China, including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan encouraged to use foreign languages. Extra points will be given to entries that meet the above conditions.

  2. Length

  The video should be less than 4 minutes. The duration of the self-introduction and ending part of the video should be less than 1 minute, and that of the main body should be no longer than 3 minutes.

  A city is the epitome of civilization. The history, culture, folk customs and scenic spots of different cities have shaped different urban qualities. Please tell about the Chinese cities you have been to or aspire to. Tell or demonstrate the natural and cultural heritage, economic and social development, traditional food, local customs and other contents of Chinese cities. With rich content closely related to the theme, your video should be well produced and compelling while evoking emotion.

  (3) The end:Please extend your best wishes for the Event.

  4. Video Format

  The video needs to be shot horizontally, with clear, stable image quality, complete composition, and synchronized sound and picture. The video should be uncompressed avi, mov, wmv, mpg, etc., with a resolution of 1920*1080. Unauthorized materials and videos should not be used, and watermarks, trademarks, and subtitles are not allowed in the video.

  VII. Online Registration

  1. A registration port is now available on the web-page of the event. Applicants should fill in the registration information online and submit videos as required.

  VIII. Online Display and Poll

  A web-page for the 2023 “Junior Cultural Ambassadors” Event has been created on the website of Guangming Online(https://topics.gmw.cn/node_150728.htm). Excellent entries will be displayed on the web-page and polled. Detailed arrangements will be announced later.

  IX. Reviewing and Awarding

  The entries submitted will be subject to preliminary review, online display and poll, and a final review by professionals before the awards are determined. The award ceremony will be held in March 2024. More information will be released from the web-page of the Event.

  1. The entries should be consistent with the theme of the Event, featuring healthy and positive content. Texts or picture information that are likely to stimulate debate should be avoided.

  2. All entries submitted should be original and with no infringement of the copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, reputation rights, and/or other legal rights of any third party. In the case of any unqualified entry, the organizer has the right to unilaterally cancel qualifications of participation or awards at any point.

  3. The submission of video is deemed authorization for the organizer to use the content of video for editing, as well as online and offline promotion and display.

  4. Any matters not covered herein will be further announced as necessary. China Soong Ching Ling Foundation reserves the right of final interpretation of this announcement.
