CSCLF's Youth Delegation Visited Malaysia

China Soong Ching Ling Foundation organized a delegation of 11 young people to visit Malaysia for an in-depth exchange activity for 8 days from Feb. 12 to 19, 2017, upon the invitation from Sun Yat-Sen Museum Penang. It's the seventh youth delegation sent by CSCLF to Malaysia.

The Chinese students paired up with local students from Penang Chinese Girls' Private High School and experienced local lifestyles through home-stays and campus tours. Students from both countries forged a deep friendship.

Chinese students participated in an art competition at Penang Chinese Girls' Private High School

They learned how to make Malaysian desert with local students at their home economics class. One representative from the Chinese delegation said that the atmosphere in Malaysian classrooms was more vivid with more interesting ways to develop students' morality and quality.

Chinese students experienced an interesting class of Sweet Home Series

Wu Meirun from Sun Yat-Sen Museum Penang presented a print of Sun Yat-Sen's inscription to the Chinese delegation.

The delegation also learned a lot about the great spirit of Sun Yat-Sen while visiting the Sun Yat-Sen Museum Penang. They even organized a story-telling section about these great historic figures using their imagination with their interpretation of the history.

The Chinese delegation visited Consulate-General of China in Penang

Wu Jun, China consul-general in Penang spoke highly of this event. He hoped that CSCLF would carry out more in-depth exchanges to enhance Sino-Malaysian friendship and make more contributions to people-to-people communication between the two countries.
