On April 14 and 15, 2017, the CSCLF’s Toyota Education Fund held a career guidance activity at Yunnan University. A total of 30 students from the University who received assistance took part in the training. Fully engaged in the activity, HR experts from several companies gave personality test, quality development training and offered professional guidance to students. Through trainings, students had better understanding of their own merits and strengths; mock interview enabled them to find their own problems, have better abilities to cope with pressure and be more confident about their future career.

Vice president of Yunnan University Wang Jianhua attended the opening ceremony and extended gratitude to the CSCLF and Toyota Company. He said the fund offered not only material assistance but also mental support to students, helping them grow into talents that can make contributions to the society.
Students receiving the assistance said they knew better about themselves after participating in the trainings. They also made new friends, learnt the importance of team work, acquired interview tips and became confident about the future.
