The China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (CSCLF) McDonald Fund held a management committee meeting at Shanghai McDonald's Hamburger University on April 26, 2016. Tang Jiuhong, Director of Fund Department of CSCLF, Xiang Xiaojing, Vice Director of Fund Department of CSCLF, Wu Wei and Huang Hongfei, Vice Presidents of McDonald's (China) Co., Ltd., Xie Bailin, Vice President and General Manager of the Asia District of the Bama Companies Inc., and Li Zheng from Beijing Zhongzhengtiantong Certified Public Accountants attended the meeting.
The McDonald Fund Management Committee Meeting is held in Shanghai.
The meeting reported and discussed the financial situation of the McDonald Fund in the first quarter of 2016, Ya'an primary school reconstruction project, the development and fund raising plan of the McDonald Fund, the publicity work of the fund, and the work of Hunan Ronald McDonald House--Assistance Center for Families of Sick Children. Participants also learned about the new Charity Law together, and discussed about further strengthening the management of the fund.

Tang Jiuhong delivered a speech at the meeting. She pointed out that the McDonald Fund was a demonstrative public welfare project we needed to build up. We needed to highlight the public welfare nature of the project, and the standard development of the project. We hoped the McDonald's Company could cooperate with CSCLF, bring each other's superiority into full play, and make full use of different kinds of resources, to promote the sustainable development of the McDonald Fund.
