People-to-people exchanges are a major part of China-Russia relations. CSCLF hopes to work with the WPF Dialogue of Civilizations to facilitate exchanges between teenagers from the two countries and contribute more to bilateral relations, Hang added.

Yakunin thanked CSCLF for its hospitality and said that the Belt and Road Initiative has been echoed by the international community ever since it was first proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping.

It will play an important role in the new international order, Yakunin added.

He went on to say that the WPF Dialogue of Civilizations hopes to facilitate exchanges between teenagers from China, Russia, and Europe, with the aim of promoting dialogue between different cultures and helping young people better understand the Belt and Road Initiative.
