The voting website for 2021 CSCLF "Junior Cultural Ambassadors" was launched on 27 October to celebrate the 100-day countdown to the 2022 Olympic Winter Games. People could view and vote for the videos submitted by 100 teenagers from 32 countries. By now, they have received a total of over 10 million votes from around the world.

Since its launch in June 2021, the program has attracted extensive attention from the public. As the media partner of the program, China News Service has been promoting the program on its website and social media channels, attracting over 4 million views worldwide.

China cultural centers around the world and Chinese embassies have posted news and updates of the program on their WeChat channels to expand the influence of the program.

The organizing committee has decided to prolong the voting to 27 December.
