To nurture the spirit of public charity and promote exchanges， on the occasion of the anniversary of the launch of the Development Plan for Guangdong-hong Kong-Macao greater Bay Area， China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (CSCLF)， Guangdong Soong Ching Ling Foundation， Hong Kong Rosamond Foundation and Macao Foundation， jointly held 2020 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Youth Charity Annual Conference in Zhongshan， Guangdong Province on January18 and 19.
Wang Jiarui， Vice-Chairman of the 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Chairman of CSCLF， met with representatives of CSCLF Council members in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and attended the opening ceremony of 2020 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Youth Charity Annual Conference and other charity events.

Building a platform for public welfare undertakings
Themed as "Sharing， Cooperation and Integration"， the event gathered young people and people who care about public welfare undertakings from the Chinese mainland， Hongkong and Macao for mutual discussion on development.

Promoting the Spirit of Caring about Public Welfare Undertakings
Chen Xingjia， Executive Chairman of SCFF and young people from Hong Kong， Macao， Taiwan and Zhongshan shared their experience in volunteering and public welfare undertakings.
During the activity， representatives of youths from Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area launched an initiative that encourages everyone to engage in public welfare undertakings and social development.
The Organizing Committee of the Annual Conference solicited for a logo and theme song for the event from the public. The selected winners were awarded with certificates.
After the Opening Ceremony， guests and youth representatives visited a photography exhibition showing local cultures， and participated Zhongshan Charity Parade. The photos on exhibition were the works of young people from the mainland， Taiwan， Hong Kong and Macao. They vividly showed the traditional culture and customs of Shaanxi， Fujian， Guizhou and Beijing.
Promoting youth exchanges in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area
During the Annual Conference， more than 100 youths from Hong Kong and Macao visited the Museum of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen and experienced Lingnan architecture and customs.
Youths from Hong Kong and Macao were enchanted by the charm of Lingnan architecture. Lv Yucheng from Hong Kong was impressed by the wall built with a mixture of oyster shell， sticky rice， mud and brown sugar while her classmate Chen Yitong enjoyed herself in the beautiful and peaceful grove outside the former residence of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen.
At Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Secondary School， students from Zhongshan， Hong Kong and Macao encouraged each other in rock climbing and enjoyed the performance of Hong Kong Sea Cadet Corps and students of Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Secondary School.
The Annual Conference also released Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Youth Charity Practices Research Report and organized a series of activities， including charity performance and "Youth Charity Annual Conference Cup" Baseball Invitation Tournament.
Representatives of CSCLF Council Members from Guangdong， Hong Kong， and Macao， young people and the staff of public welfare institutions in Guangdong， Hong Kong， Macao and Taiwan participated in the event.
