From March 11 to 13, a delegation led by Yu Qun, vice-chairman of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (CSCLF), visited some welfare institutes in Shanghai to discuss the direction of CSCLF's future work.
Other members of the delegation included Ai Duo, director of the Soong Ching Ling Former Residence's Management Center, and Yang Hua, deputy director of CSCLF's Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges.
The delegation holds a seminar at the China Welfare Institute.
The delegation visited the China Welfare Institute, Shanghai Soong Ching Ling School, the International Peace Maternity & Child Health Hospital of the China Welfare Institute (IPMCH), Soong Ching Ling Memorial Hall, and the Shanghai Soong Ching Ling's Former Residence. During their visits, the delegation learned about the current work of the institutions.
The CSCLF delegation also called on some council members of the Shanghai CSCLF to discuss how to develop the organization.

The CSCLF delegation also called upon the Shanghai Charity Foundation, Baowu Group, and Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation, meeting with their representatives at a seminar.
During their stay in Shanghai, the delegation also visited the Soong Ching Ling Mausoleum paying tribute to Soong Ching Ling, the late honorary president of the People's Republic of China.
